Thin films of copolymer guest/host carbon nanotube (CNTs) have been carried out as nano-composite material. The known P(VDF/TrFE) copolymer was used as the host matrix for its three characteristics, ferro-, piezo-and pyro-electric. The CNTs material was chosen for their exceptionally electrical, mechanical and geometrical properties. The measurements, such as AFM, HREM, XRD, Raman Spectroscopy, had done on guest/ host films to characterize the possible interactions between those materials and on the geometrical modification of CNT and their organization.
